Is Italy ready for us?
Getting ready for my next Italian adventure! Everett and I leave almost a week from today for Rome, Venice and Umbria.
This is a special trip we are taking for Everett's graduation from high school. We will spend a few days in Rome, then take the train to Venice. After several days in Venice, we travel to Torgiano, a small town in Umbria and will visit some of my favorite places -- Assisi, Orvieto, and of course Otricoli and Narni!
I'm 99.9% sure this will be a fantastic experience for both of us. The .1% uncertainty is me being worried that I might not be cool enough for an 18-year old and I'll start to feel like the Maggie Smith character in "A Room With a View."
